1 - How do I setup Hosting?

CK-D handle all sides of your hosting needs for you. Simply contact us and we can discuss your requirements.

2 - How do I gain access to my Hosting area?

As a CK-D client you are supplied with access to your Hosting Location. You will find the relevant access information in your Client Zone.

To access you Client Zone you will require a Username and Password, if you have not been supplied with these please contact us.

3 - How do I upload my Files?

Should you wish to upload your own files to your Hosting Location, you will require an FTP Clinet and your Username and Password.

CK-D can make no recomendation of FTP CLient software. There are a large quantity of Free Clients, siply Google the term Free FTP Client Software.

4 - There's no Control Panel, why?

Simply put, CK-D supply a complete service. All your Hosting, Domain and Email requirements are taken care of by Us.

If your requirements have changed, you would simply like to add/subtract something or even have an idea your site that you'd like to investigate further, please contact us.
